In his youth, Rob played Division 1 college lacrosse in the United States and was a Jr. A lacrosse player for the Toronto Beaches Lacrosse Club. Additionally he played AAA hockey in Toronto for the Jr. Canadiens.
Following his passion for sports and fitness, he became a personal trainer and further broadened his skillset by providing a hands-on approach to recovery and wellness as a RMT.
Rob offers deep tissue, sports massage and Swedish massage for his clients. He has experience working with a wide variety of populations, but most clients are seeking relief from pain or muscle tightness. If this sounds like you, then Rob will help get you out of pain and back to exercising!
